Which Diet has the most advantages and why?
Are you vegetarian? Or Vegan? Or Ovo vegetarian? Lacto-vegetarian? Ovo-lacto vegetarians? Semi/demi vegetarian? Maybe you are Pesco – vegetarian? You follow flexitaeian diet? Or Paleo? Are you on macrobiotic diet? Blood type diet? Dash diet? Do you eat just RAW food?
If you don’t know which one you should choose, here are a few strong tips to help you make a good decision!
For example, it takes much longer for our digestive system to process meat than fruits and vegetables. And meat is highly acidic!
The vegetables, fruits, cereals and legumes – are easy to digest and they are alkaline! Today there are thousands of raw, baked, boiled, steamed recipes available.
Our biggest enemy in our diet is – sugar!
I’m talking not only about chocolates, cookies, cakes, biscuits or ice cream, but any food that contains sugar. You should read the labels carefully, because there are many foods that you would not believe how much sugar they contain. If you can arrange it, always prepare your meals by yourself! Fast-food and prepared foods contain different flavor enhancers and preservatives – they are unfortunately also acidic.
I believe that if we really eliminate the sugar and the meat from our diet (with all the coloring stuff and preservatives) we can eat almost “almost everything” if we are eating it with love and gratitude!
